Pastor Moore is considered one of the most historic, contextual writers, prolific teachers and theologically sound minds of our time. He didn’t allow his rearing by a deaf father and mother to deter him. In fact, he utilized what some considered a disadvantage as fuel to earn several advanced college degrees.
